At Strategic Decisions Group International LLC, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. The guidelines below outline the process for returns and refunds. By completing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
The Return Window
You have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We are unable to process returns or issue refunds after this period has elapsed.
Conditions for Acceptance
For a return to be accepted, the item must meet all of the following criteria:
• The item is unused and remains in its original, saleable condition;
• It is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories;
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
Items Excluded from Return
Please note that the following categories are non-returnable:
• Perishable goods and food items;
• Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products;
• Digital products, software, and downloadable content;
• Gift cards and merchandise marked as final sale;
• Any item that has been used, installed, or damaged post-delivery.
How to Process a Return
Step 1: Email info@foodiessaigon.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Wait for written authorization and specific return instructions from our team.
Step 3: Ship the item back to the address provided in our authorization.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Refund Issuance
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
